Sissi era piccolissima quando ho cominciato la raccolta del Club del Libro Disney Hachette: 2 librini a casa ogni 15 giorni al prezzo di 4,90 € ciascuno… è un buon prezzo, la copertina è rigida, sono tutti classici Disney… MA sono inadatti all’età di Sissi, anche ora che ha 21 mesi, e temo che lo saranno ancora per un po’!!! Ama solo Bambi e il Libro della Giungla! Non importa, continuo la raccolta perchè sono appassionata di libri e credo nella loro importanza nella vita dei bambini di oggi, che tenderanno ad essere sicuramente sempre più tecnologici e meno “cartacei” (io stessa oramai leggo solo su Kindle…)! Ho sempre mostrato a Sissi libri fin da quando è nata, quelli adatti a lei, prima di stoffa poi con le pagine cartonate… ed ho capito che per ogni età c’è un tipo di libro: cambia la capacità di fissarsi sui disegni (più o meno complicati), quella di saper girare le pagine, la capacità di concentrazione nel seguire la storia o solo guardare le figure… oltre a questo c’è un libro per ogni momento della giornata: quello della buonanotte, quello per imparare, quello per giocare… I have always shown to Sissi some books since she was born, first that books with soft pages and later the hard ones… and I realized that for every age there is a kind of book: depending on age there are changes in the ability to look at the drawings (more or less complicated), to know how to turn the pages, the ability to concentrate to follow the story or just look at the pictures. .. Secondo me in Italia ci sono tantissimi libri adatti a bambini da 3 anni in su, ma per i più piccolini della fascia 1-2 anni e 2-3 anni c’è davvero poca scelta. E se qualcosa si trova, i prezzi sono esorbitanti! Al contrario in Inghilterra, Olanda, Belgio, Germania si trovano libri suddivisi per esatte fasce d’età a prezzi molto inferiori: si trovano perfino al supermercato a 2 euro! Dai nostri viaggi abbiamo portato a casa qualcosa, ecco qui: In my opinion, in Italy there are plenty of books suitable for children from 3 years of age, but for 1-2 years and 2-3 years there is really little choice. Anche io ho ovviamente ceduto ai vari libri e librini di Peppa Pig, Dottoressa Peluche, … ma paradossalmente quello che più è adatto alla mia Sissi è quello che i negozi (librerie o supermercati che siano) reputano “fuori moda”, cioè Pimpa, i Barbapapà, ecc…: libri semplici, cartonati, con poche figure ma che hanno insegnato alla mia bimba perfettamente i colori, le forme e tante altre cose! Eccone qualcuno: I also succumbed to the various books from Peppa Pig and Doc. Poi ho trovato questa “mini-collana” alla Mondadori che è molto adatta all’età di Sissi (1-2 anni): il topolino Formaggino! Sono solo 3 librini, ma davvero utili, pratici (formato borsa per la mamma) e Sissi li adora… con uno ha imparato la canzone del suo primo compleanno! Per il Natale ho compèrato dei librini della casa editrice Usborne (li ho trovati alla Mondadori) che sono molto adatti alla sua età. For Christmas I bought the small book published by Usborne (I found them at Mondadori store), which are very suitable to her age.
