TO THE PARK OUTFIT

Ce l’abbiamo (quasi) fatta: Sissi sta meglio, finalmente, dopo 15 giorni di influenza, 3 di antibiotico, 14 notti terribili, 6 confezioni di fazzoletti, infinite dosi di aerosol, di sciroppo, di vitamine, di fermenti lattici… sono abbastanza contraria alle medicine ed anche la mia pediatra, ma questa volta è stato necessario. We’ve (almost) done: Sissi is better, finally, after 15 days of flu, 3 days of antibiotic, 14 awful nights, 6 multi-packs of tissues, endless doses of aerosol, syrup, vitamins, lactic..  I’m generally quite contrary to medicines and also my pediatrician, but this time they were necessary .

DENIM SKIRT OUTFIT

Oggi siamo tornate brevemente alla normalità… dico brevemente perchè dopo feste, balli, regali, un’altra festa di Carnevale oggi pomeriggio, stasera Sissi ha la febbre… Today we returned briefly to normal… I say briefly because after parties, dances, gifts, another carnival party this afternoon, tonight Sissi has a fever …

GREY OUTFIT

Finalmente ce l’abbiamo fatta: oggi abbiamo iscritto Sissi alla scuola per l’infanzia! La scelta è stata lunga, ponderata e… a dirla tutta ancora non siamo convinti al 100%, ma, considerando tutte le variabili (numero di bambini, maestre, ubicazione, orari, attività), ci è sembrata l’opzione più giusta… vedremo… Finally we made it : today we’ve enrolled Sissi to the kindergarten ! The choice was a long , thought-out and… to be honest we are not yet 100% convinced , but considering all the variables (number of children , teachers , location , time , activity) , it seemed like the best option… we’ll see …

SPRING OUTFIT

Dovevamo andare in montagna… e invece siamo finiti al mare! We had to go to the mountains … and instead we ended up at the beach!

Dovevamo andare al nostro ristorante preferito, da poco scoperto… e invece siamo finiti in un ristorante di lusso dove il maitre non ama molto i bambini (e devo dire che Sissi, intrattenuta con gli adesivi di Peppa Pig ed i colori, al ristorante si comporta molto bene)! We had to go to our favorite restaurant , recently discovered … and instead we ended up in a luxury-restaurant where the maitre does not like children very much (and I must say that Sissi, entertained with the stickers of Peppa Pig and colors, is very good when we eat at restaurants) !

Dovevamo fare merenda col gelato… e invece abbiamo preso un tè verde alla menta! We had to have a snack with ice cream … and instead we took a green tea with mint !

Dovevamo comprare del materiale elettrico… e invece siamo tornati a casa con coriandoli e stelle filanti! We had to buy some electrical material … and instead we came home with confetti and streamers !

Per fortuna l’outfit di Sissi per questa domenica un po’ “storta” è stato davvero azzeccato!

S.VALENTINE THOUGHTS AND OUTFIT

S.Valentino è tradizionalmente la festa degli innamorati e come sempre si propongono cene, discoteche, hotel, spa, tutto dedicato alla coppia. Io non me la sento, se è vero che oggi si festeggia l’amore, allora lo festeggeremo noi 3 insieme perchè siamo una famiglia e ci amiamo, in modo diverso, ma ci amiamo tutti e tre. Valentine’s Day is traditionally the feast of love and as always they offer dinners, clubs, hotels, spas, all dedicated to the couple. I do not feel like doing this, if it is true that today we celebrate love, then the 3 of us will celebrate together because we are a family and we love each other, in different ways, but we love all three.

BEIGE OUTFIT #2

Buongiorno! Good morning!

Oggi una giornata rilassata per Sissi e un po’ più indaffarata per me dato che cominciano i preparativi per il suo compleanno (mancano 15 giorni APPENA) ed ho deciso di cominciare dalla casa (un po’ di ordine e qualche mobile nuovo) dato che quest’anno faremo una festa in maschera (il sabato di Carnevale) in casa (non datemi della pazza, la casa è grande e gli invitati sono pochi: CE LA POSSO FARE!). Today a relaxed day for Sissi and a little more busy for me since preparations for her birthday began (missing just 15 days) and I decided to start from the house (a bit of order and some new furniture) since this year we will have a costume party (it’s Saturday of Carnival) at home (do not call me the crazy, the house is large and the guests are just a few : I CAN DO! )

BONNIE OUTFIT

Giornate intense… con un po’ di sole oggi abbiamo fatto da guide turistiche (e personal shopper) per i nostri parenti spagnoli che sono venuti a trovarci. Intense days … with a little sunshine today we did tour guides (and personal shopper) for our Spanish relatives who came to visit us.

L’outfit di Sissi deve essere caldo perchè saremo in giro a piedi nel centro storico e comodissimo: niente di meglio di questo abito in cotone di Bonnie Baby (Non conoscete questo splendido brand? Date un’occhiata qui!).

BONNIE&JEANS OUTFIT

Oggi open day di due possibili Scuole per l’Infanzia per Sissi…  Today we go to the open day of two possible Kindergarden for Sissi …

L’outfit è unisex (i lacci delle splendide MAA sono disponibili anche neri): il cardigan è sottile ma morbidissimo e caldo grazie al misto cachemire di Bonnie Baby. Basta abbinare dei semplici jeans di H&M, i calzini di Benetton Kids e le splendide, calde, comode, fashion sneaker in pelle MAA e siamo pronti! The outfit is unisex (beautiful MAA’s laces are also available in black): the cardigan is thin but soft and warm thanks to the cashmere blend from Bonnie Baby. We just match simple jeans from H&M, Benetton Kids socks and beautiful, warm, comfortable, fashion leather sneakers from MAA and we are ready!

SALMON AND FLOWERS OUTFIT

Buongiorno! Good morning!

Oggi abbiamo avuto abbastanza da fare: tra lavoro, cose quotidiane, molti post in arrivo, qualche visita in arrivo tra pochi giorni… a questo si aggiunge un po’ di planning per il mese di Febbraio, che sarà davvero INTENSO: Carnevale, poi anniversario di matrimonio (10 anni)!!!, poi S.Valentino, poi compleanno Sissi… a cui si sommano gli impegni di lavoro, tra cui probabilmente anche un viaggio in Marocco… Today we had enough to do in between work, everyday things, many posts coming soon, some friend coming to visit us in a few days… Add to this a little planning for the month of February, which will really INTENSE: Carnival, then wedding anniversary (10 years!), then Valentine’s Day, then Sissi’s birthday… to which are added all my job’s things, including a possibly a trip to Morocco…

In questi giorni abbiamo anche fatto un po’ di shopping online e stiamo aspettando i nostri pacchi… 😉 ci siamo organizzate con i saldi, seguendo i nostri consigli (che sono anche auto-consigli!) e il nostro vademecum su tutti gli sconti che ci sono in giro (mi raccomando, se vedete che nella lista manca qualche negozio, magari scrivetemi così lo aggiungo e ne approfittiamo tutti! 😉 ) These days we also did a little online shopping and we are waiting for our packs… 😉 We organized with the sales, following our recommendations (which are also self- tips!) and our list about all the discounts that are out there (I recommend , if you see that the list is missing some store, please email me so I add it and everybody will take advantage of it 😉 )

Oggi l’outfit di Sissi è incentrato sul tema del rosa salmone: partiamo dal cardigan in cotone pesante di Bonnie Baby, che adoro ma che purtroppo sta diventando piccolo (non perchè si sia ritirato lavandolo, ma perchè Sissi sta crescendo tantissimo). La t-shirt di Zara Kids (anche questa al limite) è semplice, bianca, con i fiori con qualche tono di salmone. I jeans fiorati, sempre di Zara Kids (e che andranno ancora bene per un po’ 🙂 ), hanno una bella fantasia fiorata in questo colore su fondo beige. I calzini sono di Calzedonia Kids: amiamo qual cuoricino brillantino! E le sneaker alte di Adidas Kids sono perfette con questo look! Che ne dite? Today’s outfit for Sissi is centered on the theme of pink salmon: we start from the heavy cotton cardigan from Bonnie Baby, which I love but which unfortunately is becoming smaller (not because it is withdrawn by washing, but just because Sissi is growing a lot). The t-shirt from Zara Kids (also becoming smaller) is simple, white, with flowers with a few shades of salmon. The flowery jeans, from Zara Kids too (that still fit perfect for a while 🙂 ) have a nice flowered print in this color on a beige background. The socks are from Calzedonia Kids: we love that small diamond little heart! And the high sneakers from Adidas Kids are perfect with this look ! What do you think?

PINK SHORTS OUTFIT

Buongiorno! Good morning!

L’influenza ci tallona, ma dobbiamo approfittare di una giornata di tregua dalla pioggia, prima che arrivi la neve, per uscire un pochino! Flu is on our heels, but we have to take advantage of a day’s respite from the rain, to get out a little bit !

L’outfit di Sissi è caldo e comodo: col passare del tempo mi sono resa  conto che spesso per una bimba piccola sono più comodi un vestitino o un paio di shorts con una bella calzamaglia pesante che dei pantaloni, magari  jeans o in velluto, perchè questi impediscono un po’ i movimenti, rimangono sempre un po’ “duri” per quanto abbiano anche dell’elastan nella composizione. Ho provato tantissimi marchi in questi mesi, dai più cari e lussuosi ai più economici, e nessuno mi ha soddisfatto ancora al 100%… The outfit for Sissi is warm and comfortable: with the passage of time I realized that often for a little girl are more comfortable a dress or some shorts with a nice heavy tights than pants, jeans or corduroy, because these prevent some movements , are always a little “hard” even if they have also elastan in the composition. I’ve tried many brands in recent months, from the most expensive to the cheapest, and none satisfied me 100% yet…

Quindi, oggi Sissi indossa degli short di lana, foderati, di Chicco, con una fantasia a check panna e rosa con un po’ di lurex ed una cintina “fiorita” in velluto. Abbiniamo la t-shirt di Gucci, semplice, con mezzo collo e i brillantini, ed aggiungiamo un cardigan di Bonnie Baby che richiama lo scintillio. Concludiamo con le calzamaglie panna di Calzedonia Kids e le caldissime UGG. So today Sissi wears wool shorts, lined, from Chicco, with pink and cream little check with a little lurex and a belt with flowers in velvet . We match the shorts with the t-shirt from Gucci, simple, with a half neck and glitter and add a cardigan from Bonnie Baby that recalls the glitter. We conclude with cream tights from Calzedonia Kids and the UGG boots that are very warm.
