SALES TIPS

Buongiorno! Good morning!

Saldi, saldi, saldi… ci arrivano mille mail al giorno con notizie di ulteriori sconti, andiamo in giro e vediamo vetrine tappezzate da sconti, navighiamo e siamo sommersi dai banner con saldi e sconti… e noi alla fine compriamo/compreremo, inesorabilmente cederemo! Ma la domanda principale è “Cosa compriamo?”. Sales , sales, sales … we receive thousands of emails a day with news of further discounts, go around and see the windows papered with discounts, we’re on internet and we are overwhelmed by a lot of banners with sales and discounts … and at the end we buy, relentlessly we give in! But the main question is “What do we buy?”.

Se non seguite le mode, va bene tutto. Ma se un pochino vi piace la moda e volete giocare di anticipo (cosa che per i bambini mi sembra addirittura intelligente) allora conviene, secondo me, acquistare capi facendovi guidare da queste poche regole: If you do not follow fads, anything goes. But if you like a little fashion and want to play in advance (which to me seems even intelligent with children clothes), you should buy clothes making guided by these few rules:

1) Comprare capi utili a primavera Buy clothes useful in spring

Ma cosa andrà di moda questa primavera? Qui è molto semplice perchè molti brand hanno già tirato fuori le collezioni primaverili, quindi basta dare uno sguardo nella zona dei “Nuovi arrivi” e cercare tra i saldi gli stessi colori, linee, fantasie… in particolare per questa primavera (non parlo di estate perchè dubito che ai saldi troverete t-shirt a maniche corte per i vostri bimbi…) andranno molto i colori pastello (salmone, giallo, celeste, verdino,…). Date anche uno sguardo a questo nostro articolo su Pitti Bimbo 77 😉 But what will be trendy this spring? It is very simple because many brands have already the spring collections, so just take a look in the area of “New Arrivals” and search in the sale zone for the same colors, lines, patterns … especially for this spring ( I do not speak of summer because I doubt that in sales you will find t-shirts with short sleeves for your children …) will be very trendy pastel colors (salmon, yellow, light blue , light green , …). 2) Comprare capi “passe-partout” Buy “all purpose” clothes

Tra i capi “passe-partout” più utili a mio avviso è anzitutto il denim (che lo usiate a primavera o il prossimo inverno, un jeans è sempre un jeans…): jeans, gonne, scamiciate, salopette, shorts, non mi azzarderei sulle camicie jeans perchè secondo me (a meno che non siano un po’ elasticizzate) sono troppo scomode per i bambini. Aggiungerei il blu (non il nero, che a mio avviso incupisce molto per i bambini… e le nostre bimbe avranno la vita intera per “snellirsi” col nero!) ed il bianco (una bella camicia bianca o una t-shirt bianca è sempre bella, ad ogni stagione). Per le bambine: le calzamaglie (in monocolore). E poi intimo e pigiami: vale la pena di comprare cose buone, d’altra parte l’intimo lo portano per tutto il giorno ed il pigiama per almeno 10 ore di notte… Among these clothes, the most useful in my opinion is denim first of all (you can use it in the spring or next winter, a jeans is always a jeans… ): jeans , skirts, dresses, overalls, shorts, I would not venture on denim shirts because I think (unless they are a bit elastic) they are too uncomfortable for children. I would add the blue (not black, which to my mind darkens much for the kids … and our girls will have a lifetime to “be more thin” with black ! ) and white (a white shirt or t-shirt is always beautiful, in every season). For girls: tights (in one color). And then underwear and pajamas: is it worth to buy good things, on the other hand our children wear underwear for all the day and pajamas for at least 10 hours at night …

 

3) Comprare capi spalla Buy outerwear

Un bel piumino, buono (chi mi segue sa che adoro Moncler), al 50% è un affarone… ma anche una giacchina utilizzabile da sola a primavera o un bel cardigan in maglia (di cotone) per le sere d’estate… eventualmente, se proprio non potete resistere (io li odio), anche un piumino 100 gr… A beautiful down jacket, from a good brand (who follows me knows that I love Moncler), at 50% is really a bargain … but also a jacket to use in the spring or a fine knit cardigan (in cotton) for summer evenings… possibly , if you can not resist (I hate them) , even a 100 gr (light) down jacket…

4) Comprare qualche capo di marca Buy some clothes from luxury brands

Per marca intendo concedersi qualche bel capo di brand di lusso. Sì, anche per i nostri bimbi, perchè aldilà del marchio in sè la differenza c’è e non solo si vede, soprattutto si sente. E chi indossa questi capi, sono loro, i nostri bimbi dalla pelle bianca bianca, delicata… e con sconti del 50-60% i prezzi diventano accessibili! Ad esempio Burberry è sempre molto classico, il check iconico ogni anno va in giro qua e là sulle loro t-shirt (sul gomito, sulla spalla, sulla manica…) e polo ma alla fine è sempre Burberry: qualità ottima, durabilità infinita, sempre di classe. Lo stesso discorso vale per brand di lusso classici, come Chloè, Armani, Fendi… Yes, even for our children, because beyond the brand itself there is a difference and not just be seen, especially feels. And those who wear these garments, they, our children, have their skin white as snow, delicate … and with discounts of 50-60%, prices become affordable! For example, it is always very classic Burberry , the iconic check every year going around here and there on their t-shirt (elbow, shoulder, sleeve … ) and polo but in the end it is always Burberry: excellent quality, durability infinite, always classy. The same goes for classic luxury brands like Chloe , Armani , Fendi …

Ah! Discorso scarpe: ovviamente impossibile ragionare per stagioni… vi ritrovereste con tante scarpe inutilizzate perchè la crescita del piedino è imprevedibile (anche se dicono un numero ogni circa 3 mesi, potreste avere sorprese…), ma se (come Sissi) la vostra bimba ha appena cambiato numero, direi che siete fortunate! Oppure se (come me) avete un numero da bambino (35) potete prendere delle bellissime sneakers! Ah! About shoes: obviously impossible to reason for seasons… you end up with lots of unused shoes because the growth of their foot is unpredictable (even if they say a number every 3 months, you might be surprised …), but if (as Sissi) your child has just changed the number, I’d say you’re lucky ! Or if (like me) you have a number for children (35) you could buy some beautiful sneakers!
