E’ appena arrivata la Press Release di Pale Cloud con un esclusivo stupendo abito in edizione limitata (anzi limitatissima: sono stati prodotti solo 60 pezzi fatti interamente a mano, 10 per ogni taglia) adattissimo a queste feste natalizie! L’abito, 100% in chiffon di seta, foderato in seta e cotone ed impreziosito da 29 grandi cristalli Swarovski, era stato originariamente commissionato per la sfilata Swarovski per Vogue Bambini a New York.  I’ve just got the Press Release of Pale Cloud about this beautiful dress in an exclusive limited edition (rather limited: only 60 pieces were produced entirely by hand, 10 for each size) very suitable for this festive season! The dress, 100% silk chiffon, lined with silk and cotton and embellished with 29 large Swarovski crystals, was originally commissioned for the Swarovski Runway Show with Vogue Bambini in New York.

Ho scoperto questo splendido negozio attraverso link su Twitter e mi ha incuriosito anzitutto il nome: “Lattemamma”, che sembra tanto italiano, è invece la parola svedese per Yummy Mummy.

In LatteMama, negozio online con sede in UK, scelgono accuratamente capi di abbigliamento di designer principalmente scandinavi e realmente un acquisto in questo negozio online riesce a portare un sorriso al vostro viso, e comfort per il vostro bambino, come promette l'”About me” del sito!!!

In marchi attualmente trattati sono: Appaman, Alfons Åberg, Bonnie Baby, Indikidual, LipFish, Mini Rodini, Slugs and snails, No added Sugar, Lilla Hund, Abela, Jabadabado, Mina Shoes, Modeerska Huset, Emmis Klemmis, Sture & Lisa…

devo dire che, da buona mamma italiana abituata ai brand nazionali (Armani, Fendi, Moschino, Monnalisa…. per nominarne qualcuno) ed a quelli internazionali a tutti noti e che si trovano nelle boutique delle nostre città (Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Chloè…. pre nominarne qualche altro!), all’inizio sono stata sorpresa dalla quantità di marchi “nordici” a me completamente sconosciuti!!!! Con le offerte ed i saldi di LatteMama ho potuto provare vari di questi brand e sincerarmi del fatto che non hanno assolutamente nulla da invidiare in qualità e cura del design e della fattura a quelli da boutique che già conoscevo!

La spedizione è stata inoltre rapida ed economica (5£ per un ordine di 5 articoli, praticamente meno che una spedizione in Italia!): un vero piacere fare shopping su LatteMama!!!

Inoltre hanno anche una sezione dedicata ai giochi, che non ho ancora provato, ma che presto, magari per Natale, proverò!

I discovered this wonderful shop through links on Twitter and I was first intrigued by the name : ” Lattemamma “, which sounds so Italian, is the Swedish word for Yummy Mummy .

In LatteMama, online shop based in the UK, they carefully choose clothing from (mainly) Scandinavian designers and really a purchase in this online store is able to bring a smile to your face, and comfort for your child, as they promise in the “About me” page!

Their brands currently include: Appaman , Alfons Åberg , Bonnie Baby , Indikidual , LipFish , Mini Rodini , Slugs and snails , No added Sugar , Lille Hund , Abela, Jabadabado , Mina Shoes , Modeerska Huset , Emmis klemmis , Sture & Lisa .. .

I must say, as a good Italian “mamma” I used to buy national brands (Armani , Fendi , Moschino, Mona Lisa …. to name a few ) and international ones (Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Chloè …. to name a few more!) that they sell in the boutiques of our cities, so at the beginning I was surprised by the amount of “Nordic” brands that were completely unknown to me!! With some offers and sales, thanks to LatteMama I could try several of these brands and satisfy myself of the fact that they have absolutely nothing to envy in quality and care of design and workmanship to those from the boutiques that I already knew!

The shipment was also fast and cheap (£ 5  for an order of 5 items, practically less than shipmente within Italy!): a real pleasure to shop on LatteMama !

They also have a section dedicated to toys, I have not tried it yet, but soon, maybe for Christmas , I’ll try !

Ieri sera ho avuto una piacevole esperienza di shopping su Susie and Toto!!!

Fondato da un ex-marketing man che ha deciso di tornare alle radici della sua famiglia nel childrenswear, questo marchio si avvale di brand di classe e unici che consentono bambini ad essere elegante e comodi, anche mentre giocano.

Last night I had a pleasant shopping experience on Susie and Toto!

Founded by an ex-marketing man returning to his family’s roots in childrenswear, the brand showcases classy and unique styles which allow kids to be chic and comfortable as they play.

Per la prima volta mi sono sentita in un negozio online come in uno classico: sono stata consigliata, ricevuta, salutata proprio da Enzo, il suo ideatore, che accoglie tutti con gentilezza e competenza. Mi ha aiutato con i modelli, la pesantezza dei tessuti e con le taglie! Una vera rarità nel mondo dello shopping online, che amo moltissimo e preferisco spesso perchè da una piccola città di Provincia mi permette di raggiungere brand che non troverei mai a portata di mano, però a volte mi manca il contatto umano che sicuramente non manca con Susie and Toto!!!

For the first time I felt in an online store as in a classic : I was recommended , received , hailed by Enzo, its founder, who welcomes everyone with kindness and competence. It helped me with models and sizes! A true rarity in the world of online shopping, which I love very much and I’d rather often because it allows me to achieve brand that in a small town it’s not simple to find, but sometimes I miss the human contact that certainly is not lacking with Susie and Toto !

Il target principale di Susie and Toto è il mercato UK, ma spediscono ovunque ed hanno TUTTI marchi MADE IN ITALY con tessuti e filati pregiati e costanti promozioni (ad esempio un bel 20% di sconto se il vostro carrello supera gli 80£). Per il 2014 Susie and Toto prevede ampliare la propria scelta proponendo anche altri marchi che rispettano comunque gli standard di classe, stile, qualità e sobrietà.
