Che bel negozio! What a beautiful shop!

La prima cosa che colpisce è che non è il solito negozio online: già la grafica del sito è particolare, minimalistica, pulita. E poi l’idea delle quattro scimmiette (appunto “four monkeys”), ognuna con il suo stile… non solo abbigliamento, ma anche arredamento, giochi ed accessori. The first thing that strikes you is that it is not a usually online shop: the website’s design is special, minimalist , clean. And then the idea of the four monkeys , each with its own style … not only clothing, but also furniture , games and accessories.

 

Noi abbiamo approfittato dei saldi per prendere delle sneaker MAA (presto la review) e subito abbiamo potuto constatare un ottimo customer care, grazie alla titolare, Kinga Bereczki che dalla sua Vienna ha subito risposto ai miei dubbi sul numero da prendere (mi ha addirittura preso le misure in cm della scarpina!) e poi sulla spedizione. We have taken advantage of the sales to buy MAA sneakers (early I’ll write the review) and we have had a very good customer care, due to the owner, Kinga Bereczki, that from Vienna responded immediately to my questions about the number to be taken (she even took dimensions in cm of the shoes for me!) and then about the shipping.

Tutto perfetto. Il pacco è arrivato in pochi giorni e si vede che è stato impacchettato con cura. Fa piacere ricevere qualcosa in più, come una cartolina con scritto (rigorosamente a mano) un saluto, altre cartoline (che Sissi ha adorato), una bella spilletta (anche quella sequestrata da Sissi)… non rimpiango affatto il negozio on street!!! Everything perfect. The parcel arrived in a few days and I see that has been packaged with care. It’s nice to get something extra, like a postcard that says (written by hand) a greeting, more cards (which Sissi worshiped), a beautiful pin (also stolen by Sissi ) … I do not regret at all the shop on street !
