Oggi volevo parlarvi di capelli. Today I wanted to talk to you about hair.
Ogni mamma sa quanto i capelli erano meravigliosi durante la gravidanza… e un po’ meno durante il post-partum e l’allattamento. Nel mio caso i capelli (castano chiari e liscissimi, normali, ma che ero solita trattare con tante mechès bionde) sono diventati molto molto secchi. Ho deciso poi di abbandonare le mechès bionde e di tornare al castano naturale o con tinta più simile alla mia (carammello o miele), questo perchè mi era abbastanza impossibile passare ore ed ore dal parrucchiere con Sissi piccola ma non tolleravo di vedere la ricrescita scura sulle mechès… ma i miei capelli non mi piacevano. I then decided to abandon the blondes mechès and return to my natural brown color or to a tint similar to mine (carammello or honey), I did so because to me it was quite impossible to spend hours and hours at the hairdresser with Sissi but at the same time I did not tolerate to see the dark regrowth on mechès… but I did not like my hair.

1. Bain Satin Kerastase
Lo vendono tutti i parrucchieri, è considerato un prodotto professionale… ma provate a fare l’INCI con la App che ho io (Cosmetifique) e vedrete che la qualità non è ottima, ma il costo si aggira sui 20 €. 2. Tony&Guy Shampoo per capelli danneggiati Tony&Guy Shampoo for damaged hair
In Italia lo vendono nei negozi della catena “Acqua&Sapone”. Questo shampoo dovrebbe aiutare a riparare i danni, rivitalizzare ed esaltare la lucentezza dei capelli ed in effetti fa abbastanza il suo lavoro, soprattutto per il prezzo, moderato, che si aggira sugli 8 €. In Italy they sell it in stores in the chain “Acqua&Sapone”, in UK you can buy it online. This shampoo should help to repair the damage, revitalize and enhance the luster of the hair, and in fact it does quite good its job, especially for the price, moderate, who wanders about £ 6.
3. Alterna Haircare Bamboo Shine Shampoo
Katie Holmes l’ha provato… ed ha comprato la ditta! Ha come fans anche Julia Roberts e Victoria Beckham… In Italia non si vende direttamente, ma si può comprare online (io ad esempio l’ho preso su BeautyBay). E’ eccezionale. Ne basta poco, fa tanta schiuma profumatissima e leggera. Non contiene SLS, Parabeni, Solfati e tante altre sostanze dannose, il suo INCI è ottimo. Prezzo sui 20 €, ma secondo me va considerato che si usa davvero poco prodotto. I capelli sono lucentissimi e morbidi come non mai! Katie Holmes has tried it… and bought the company! In vendita nei negozi di questa catena ed anche online, con componenti tutti bio, rende i capelli luminosi e morbidi. Io ho provato il formato piccolo da 100 ml a 6,65 €. Dicono che ne occorre pochissimo, ma per me ce ne è voluta una quantità normale. L’odore non è sgradevole, ma è particolare.
