FATHER’S DAY OUTFIT

Festa del papà (almeno in Italia): abbiamo festeggiato due papà oggi. Prima di tutto nonno Peppe (ed è anche il suo onomastico) e poi, stasera, papà Carlos. 2 tipi di papà molto diversi, appartenenti a due generazioni diverse che concepivano la paternità in maniera molto diversa… eppure entrambi con infinito affetto per i loro figli. L’unica differenza, caro babbino mio, è che io l’ho capito da grande, mentre Sissi (probabilmente) lo sa già ora. Papà Carlos è davvero un padre eccezionale per la mia/sua Sissi. Però mi soffermo a pensare e trovo uno dei ricordi più belli che ho da bambina, quando venivo sul lettone accanto a te che facevi un riposino e ti chiedevo di raccontarmi “di quando eri piccolo” e poi torno con il ricordo a poco più di due anni fa quando ho visto la commozione nei tuoi occhi il giorno della nascita di Sissi… ed allora, lo so.  Father’s Day (at least in Italy): we celebrated two dads today. First of all grandfather Peppe (and today is also his name day) and then, tonight , Dad Carlos. 2 very different types of dads, belonging to two different generations who conceived of paternity in a very different way… and yet both with infinite affection for their children. The only difference, my dear Father, is that I have understood this when adult, while Sissi (probably) already knows. Dad Carlos is really a great father to my/his Sissi. However, I pause to think and find one of the best memories I have as a child when I was on the big bed next to you when you did a nap and I asked you to tell me ” when you were a little boy” and then come back with memories to just over two years ago when I saw the emotion in your eyes the day of the birth of Sissi… and then, I know.

L’outfit di Sissi è elegante, dato che a pranzo  festeggeremo dai nonni ed a cena a casa con papà, che oggi era fuori per lavoro. Un vestito, di Mini Rodini, elegante, in doppio tessuto con cotone stretch nella parte superiore, nero, e in quella inferiore viscosa leggera con stampate nappine colorate su fondo beige. Il fiocco, grande, bellissimo, è dello stesso tessuto. Abbiniamo delle calze nere di Calzedonia Kids in microfibra e le Naturino Gold. Dato che Sissi è stata influenzata e questo abito è abbastanza scollato, sia davanti che dietro, indosserà anche il maglioncino coprispalle di Mayoral Chic, arrivato direttamente da Londra per il suo compleanno grazie al team di Mychildworld. Sissi’s outfit is elegant, as we celebrate at grandparents’ home for lunch and at home with Daddy for dinner, becasue he was away on business today. A dress, from Mini Rodini, elegant, with double fabric with stretch cotton at the top, black, and the lower part in light viscose printed with colored tassels on a beige background. The bow, large, beautiful, it’s the same fabric. We combine it with black toghts from Calzedonia Kids in microfiber and Naturino Gold shoes. Given that Sissi has been sick with flu and this dress is quite low-cut at front and back, she also wears the little sweater from Mayoral Chic, came directly from London for her birthday thanks to the team of Mychildworld.
