CHECK & FLOWER… AGAIN!

Buona domenica a tutti! Good Sunday to everybody!

Oggi abbiamo aperto la prima casellina del nostro calendario dell’avvento… e Sissi ovviamente voleva aprirle tutte subito! E’ stata una dura lotta! Today we opened the first box of our advent calendar… of course Sissi wanted to open them all at once! It was a tough fight !

Anche se la tradizione (almeno quella italiana) vuole che si cominci la decorazione della casa il giorno dell’Immacolata, 8 dicembre… noi abbiamo deciso di cominciare OGGI. Ci piace che questo PRIMO DICEMBRE cominci proprio di Domenica! Ieri abbiamo tirato fuori già gli scatoloni e selezionato cosa mettere ad “altezza Sissi” e cosa no… oggi cominceremo con l’Albero. Although the tradition (at least the Italian one) wants that you start decorating your home on the day of the Immaculate Conception, December 8th… we decided to start TODAY. We love that this year the FIRST day of December is on Sunday! Yesterday we already pulled out of the boxes and selected what to put “height Sissi” and what not … Today we’ll start with the Christmas Tree .

Anzitutto andremo al centro commerciale a prendere qualcosa per il Presepe, quindi l’outfit dovrà essere assolutamente caldo ma a strati. Abbiamo scelto le nostre nuove UGG (le vogliamo testare con la pioggia) che abbineremo con l’amato look fiori e check. I fiori sono quelli dei leggings di Zara Kids e dei calzini di Calzedonia Kids, mentre i check sono quelli che amiamo di più: Burberry! Abbiamo trovato da Zara Kids un cardigan in cotone che si abbina perfettamente ai colori del check della blusa. First of all, we’re going to the mall to get something for the crib, then the outfit will be absolutely warm but in layers. We chose our new UGG boots (we want to test them with the rain) that will match with the beloved look “flowers and check”. Flowers are those from Zara Kids leggings and socks from Calzedonia Kids, while the check are those we love the most: Burberry! We found a cardigan from Zara Kids, in cotton, that perfectly matches the colors of the check of the blouse.

Oggi siamo tornati su un tema a noi molto caro (guarda qui): l’abbinamento fiori e quadri!

La tendenza parte delle sfilate per adulti di New York e Parigi e può risultare un abbinamento giusto anche per i più piccoli. Ma se è già difficile abbinare tra loro i giusti colori, figuriamoci con le fantasie! Il segreto è basarsi sui colori, ovvero basarsi su un colore preponderante in entrambe le fantasie che si vogliono abbinare.

Ed ecco quindi che nel nostro look di oggi il vestitino dello scorso anno di Burberry, in morbidissimo cotone con poca poca lana, diventa una tunica e fa da capo centrale del look. I suoi colori sono ripresi dal beige della t-shirt di Zara Kids e dal grigio scuro dei leggings fiorati, sempre di Zara Kids.

Today we are back on a subject very dear to us (see here): the combination of flowers and check!

The trend of the fashion for adults shown in New York and Paris fashion weeks can be a right combination for our little ones. But if it is difficult to combine together the right colors, let alone with the fantasies! The secret is to rely on colors: be based on a predominant color in both the fantasies that you want to match.

And therefore in our look for today the dress (from last year  closet) from Burberry, in soft cotton with little little wool, becomes a tunic and acts as the central leader of the look. Its colors are taken from the beige t-shirt from Zara Kids and dark gray leggings with floral, also from Zara Kids.

MUM&SISSI AT HOME OUTFIT

Si prospetta una giornata moooolto lunga…. fuori c’è la neve ed io e Sissi rimaniamo a casa (veramente anche ieri stessa sorte…)! Sarà quasi impossibile mettermi al computer a lavorare, ma prometto che ci proverò! It promises a loooong day long …. outside there is snow and I will remain at home with Sissi (as yesterday…)! It will be almost impossible I could work at my PC, but I promise that I’ll try !

Dài che faremo mille giochi, mille letture, mille cucine… MA non in pigiama! Come on we’ll do a thousand games, reading, playing with the mini-kitchen… BUT not in my pajamas !

Non sono contraria al pigiama, intendiamoci, ci sono pigiami bellissimi e super-fashion, ma sono contraria al concetto “tanto siamo in casa, rimaniamo in pigiama”… NO: il pigiama è per il letto, per quando siamo malati, per una domenica mattina oziosa… se un giorno rimaniamo a casa non vuol dire che dobbiamo rinunciare a un po’ di fashion ed alla cura personale! Vale sia per la mamma che per il bimbo/a, quindi scegliamo un outfit semplice e carino e ci cambiamo, entrambi, e poi noi mamme mettiamo su una BB cream ed un lucidalabbra/rossetto idratante (non ci truccheremo da gran soirée)! Credo che sia il minimo per sentirsi bene con se stesse 🙂 I am not opposed to pajamas, there are beautiful and super -fashion pajamas, but I am opposed to the concept “so we are at home, we’ll stay in pajamas “… NO: pajamas are for bed, for when we are sick, for a lazy Sunday morning… if one day we are at home it does not mean that we have to give up a little ‘ fashion and to personal care! True both for the mother and for the child, we can choose a simple and cute outfit and dress up, and then we can put on a BB cream and a lip-gloss/moisturizing lipstick (not a gran soirée make up)! I think that is the minimum to feel good about ourselves 🙂

A saturday outfit

Buonasera! Good evening!

Oggi siamo andati un po’ in giro cominciando ad annusare l’aria natalizia… da una parte mi piace perchè adoro il Natale, ma dall’altra mi sembra che sia un pretesto commerciale per rilanciare le vendite in tempo di crisi… ad ogni modo per me i giorni e le settimane scorrono velocissimi, quindi pensare un po’ in anticipo a regali/decorazioni/vacanze sicuramente ci aiuterà! Today we went a bit ‘around and began to smell Christmas in the air… on one hand I like it because I love Christmas, but on the other it seems to me that it is a pretext for commercial to sell more in times of crisis … however for me the days and weeks run fast, so thinking a bit in advance about gifts / decorations / holiday will undoubtedly help us!

Dato che siamo stati praticamente fuori tutto il giorno, l’outfit di Sissi è stato elegante ma comodo. Mi piace particolarmente il fatto che, a parte il cappottino nuovo in fucsia e il foulard rubato dal mio armadio, questo outfit è assolutamente UNISEX! Since we were pretty much out all day, Sissi’s outfit was elegant but comfortable. I particularly like the fact that, apart from the new fuchsia coat and the scarf stolen from my closet, this outfit is absolutely UNISEX!

TODAY “AT HOME AGAIN” OUTFIT

Buongiorno! Piove, piove, piove…

Credo proprio che rimarremo a casa anche oggi… sarà un po’ complicato conciliare mamma che lavora con Sissi che gioca, MA ce la faremo!Per fortuna i nostri gatti (ah non lo sapevate? Abbiamo due gatti tigrati color nocciola…) tengono occupata Sissi… poverini!

SIMPLY… A BURBERRY DRESS

Buonasera a tutti! Good evening to all!

L’outfit di Sissi di oggi è semplice: un vestito Burberry con un body a maniche lunghe sotto (H&M) a colore, delle calzamaglie Calzedonia e le ballerine lucide Naturino.

Un look allo stesso tempo fashion (un vestito Burberry è sempre fashion!), di gran moda (il check verde-blu molto di tendenza), elegante (il blu è un colore particolarmente elegante), ma anche pratico e comodo. Dato che il tempo non prometteva nulla di buono abbiamo aggiunto last minute un cardigan in cotone blu Benetton Kids.

Sissi’s outfit today is simple: a Burberry dress with a long sleeved body under (H&M) in the same color, Calzedonia tights and shoes Naturino.
A look at the same time fashionable (a Burberry dress is always fashionable!), trendy (the check in blue-green is very trendy) and elegant (blue color is very elegant), but also practical and comfortable. As the weather does not bode well, at last minute we added a blue cotton cardigan from Benetton Kids.

Oggi andiamo al parco a giocare insieme e ci aspettano altalene, scivoli, raccolta di foglie autunnali… Today we go to the park to play together and we expect swings, slides, a collection of autumn leaves …

Sissi deve essere carina ma COMODA: nulla di meglio dei jeans di Benetton Kids, belli resistenti, e di una blusa di Burberry con il classico check che contraddistingue questo brand che amiamo molto. Terminiamo con il golfino in cotone di Zara Kids, che sembra fatto apposta per questa blusa! Sissi has to be pretty but COMFORTABLE: nothing better of Benetton Kids jeans, very strong, and a blouse with the classic Burberry check that distinguishes this brand that we love very much. We end the look with the cotton sweater from Zara Kids, which seems made for this blouse!

Ancora sole oggi e l’outfit di Sissi avrà del cotone leggero ma con colori autunnali! Credo che i colori della t-shirt di Mini Rodini si adattino benissimo alle finiture dei pantaloni bianchi con il classico check Burberry! Completano il look dei calzini Calzedonia a tono e le Hogan Rebel Junior.

More sun today and Sissi’s outfit will be with light cotton but autumnal colors! I think the colors of the Mini Rodini t-shirt adapt very well to the finishes of the white pants with the classic Burberry check! The look is completed with in tone Calzedonia socks and Hogan Rebel Junior.

FLOWER, A LITTLE HORSE AND AMATRICIANA SPAGHETTI

Oggi approfittiamo ancora del sole e del cambio di orario per fare una gita ad Amatrice, patria dei famosi Spaghetti all’Amatriciana!

Per l’occasione Sissi ha un outfit comodo, che riprende i colori autunnali con i fiori dei jeans di Zara Kids, la t-shirt che adoriamo di Stella McCartney kids (di un ottimo cotone organico) di un bellissimo colore verde salvia (molto unisex) con una stampa di un dolce cavallo. Completiamo con i nostri calzini Burberry e le scarpe Hogan Rebel Junior. Per sicurezza (Amatrice è in montagna, quindi non si sa mai…) portiamo anche un golfino di cotone leggero bianco con le bordature rosa di Dolce e Gabbana Junior.

Today still take advantage of the sun and the change of time to make a trip to Amatrice: the home of the famous Spaghetti Amatriciana!

For the occasion, Sissi has a comfortable outfit, which incorporates the colors of autumn with flowers jeans Zara Kids, the t-shirt that we love from Stella McCartney’s kids (an excellent organic cotton) in a beautiful sage green color (very unisex) with a print of a sweet horse. We add our socks from Burberry and shoes from Hogan Rebel Junior. As Amatrice is located in the mountains, we also bring a light cotton white sweater with pink edging from Dolce & Gabbana Junior.
