Da sempre amo queste due “Signore” anche nel design, nell’arredamento, nella casa: dalle tovaglie agli asciugamani, dalle posate ai piatti, alle lampade…  I think the class and elegance, alone, timeless, or combined with the trendiest fashion, are not only in the clothes, in combinations of colors and materials. I’ve always loved these two “ladies” in design, furnishings, in the house: from tablecloths to towels, from cutlery to dishes, to lamps …

Per questa ragione al Pitti Bimbo 78, nello spazio speciale dedicato al Pop-up Kids’ Stories, ho piacevolmente incontrato un brand di indiscussa eleganza, che vanta una tradizione nel tessile più che centenaria.

E dopo il Pitti Bimbo e tanti impegni di lavoro, eccomi oggi a riassumere per voi (ma anche per me stessa) quelle che saranno le tendenze per il childrenswear nella prossima stagione autunno/inverno, così da avere qualche dritta per sapere cosa acquistare ai saldi e ritrovarsi con capi che saranno attualissimi anche la prossima stagione! PITTI BIMBO 78 – FIRST THOUGHTS

Ieri si è concluso il Pitti Bimbo 78 (ne avevamo parlato qui) e, prima di organizzare le foto e scrivere qualche post sui brand che davvero mi hanno colpito e sulle tendenze per l’autunno/inverno 2014-15, volevo fare un breve riassunto e qualche considerazione su quello che ho visto e sentito. Yesterday ended Pitti Bimbo 78 (we talked about here) , and before I organize my photos and write a few posts about the brands that really impressed me, and trends for autumn/winter 2014-15, I wanted to give a brief summary and some account of what I saw.

Anzitutto chiariamo: perchè sono andata? First of all, let’s be clear: why did I go?

Ci siamo.

Da domani, per tre giorni, la Fortezza da Basso a Firenze diventa il palcoscenico per quella che possiamo definire per dimensione ed importanza LA fiera del childrenswear.

Il tema di quest’anno è ROCK ME PITTI e quale connubio migliore quello tra fashion e musica: entrambe sono innovazione e creatività allo stato puro. Con una sempre maggiore partecipazione internazionale, questa edizione in particolare si apre maggiormente al mondo degli accessori e del design con i Pop Up Stores.

PITTI BIMBO TENDENZE P/E 2014

In questi giorni di autunno ormai inoltrato, navigando nel web, mi sono imbattuta in molti Pre-Christmas Sales, Mid Season Sale, sconti, offerte, ecc… cosa acquistare ora che magari ci tornerà utile (ma soprattutto ancora alla moda) anche a marzo/aprile?

Il nostro riferimento per le tendenze fashion per la prossima primavera-estate non può che essere il Salone Pitti Bimbo, in particolare l’edizione 77, tenutasi a Firenze a giugno 2013.

Sono state presenti 460 collezioni, di cui 185 dall’estero, con oltre 6.200 compratori e un totale di oltre 10.000 visitatori all’ultima edizione estiva. Pitti Bimbo rappresenta il salone più importante in cui studiare le ultimissime tendenze legate al mondo del bambino. Tante sezioni per tutti i gusti: si va dal classico-elegante dei grandi marchi di Pitti Bimbo, all’attenzione per i materiali organici e bio di Eco-ethic, dallo sportswear di Sport Generation, alla creatività dei marchi internazionali di New View,  dal denim urban per junior e teen di Super Street, alle collezioni pensate per le boutique di Apartment.

Vediamo in breve le tendenze, gli stili, i colori proposti al salone del childrenswear più amato di sempre.

Cosa cercare dunque nelle occasioni di questo periodo? Cardigan in cotone o bluse in colori pastello (verde, celeste, giallo, arancio), sneaker colorate, il denim sempre attuale.

In these days, browsing the web, I came across many Pre-Christmas Sales, Mid Season Sale, discounts, offers, etc. … what about buying now some clothes that maybe will be useful (but mostly still fashionable) also in March/April?
Our reference for the fashion trends for next spring-summer can only be the Salone Pitti Bimbo, in particular the 77th edition, held in Florence in June 2013. 460 collections were present, including 185 from abroad, with more than 6,200 buyers and a total of more than 10,000 visitors last summer edition. Pitti Bimbo is the most important trade fair in which to study the latest trends in the world of the child. So what to look for bargains in this period? Cotton cardigan or blouses in pastel colors (green, blue, yellow, orange), colored sneakers, and denim, always current.
